Polyphia Tour Poster

This was a fun, side project that I did for one of my favorite bands. The very intricate and detailed music of Polyphia inspired me to create something that I felt captured the essence of the band. After some initial sketching of logo treatments, I brought what I had created into Illustrator and wildly expanded upon it. I felt that the juxtaposition of the geometric forms overlaid onto the organic brush strokes matched the band's prolific attention to detail while still being loose and fun. This poster was recently submitted to the band to hopefully be used for promotions and merchandise.
